Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app and all services provided by 1b9 (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms take effect as soon as you first access or use the Platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 1b9. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and those documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To use 1b9 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while using the Platform:

• Aged 18 years and above or have reached the legal age for gambling activities in your country, whichever is higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with 1b9.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country where the use of online gaming platforms is entirely prohibited by local law.
• Not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any 1b9 staff.
• Account has never been terminated by 1b9 previously due to a policy violation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number you provide must be valid and belong to you. 1b9 reserves the right to verify the validity of this information at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer), and accounts that fail verification within the specified period may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 1b9 platform at all times. Registration of additional accounts by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 1b9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in protecting your login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account every time you finish using a shared device.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

1b9 reserves the right to temporarily lock your account if our security system detects unusual activity, such as a login from a new location or repeated failed login attempts. This is a protective measure to safeguard your funds.

1b9 supports a wide range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

Regarding deposits: The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the platform's payment section. All deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits will not be accepted and will be returned.

Regarding withdrawals: Before making your first withdrawal, you are required to complete the KYC process by submitting a valid Malaysian identity card and proof of current address. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by our finance team.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members who register and make their first deposit. Subject to minimum wagering requirements as specified.
• Reload Bonus: Offered periodically to existing members. Wagering requirements may vary by promotion.

All games offered on the 1b9 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been independently verified and audited by an accredited third-party auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and free from any manipulation.

In the event of a technical failure, service disruption, or software malfunction during a gaming session, 1b9 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly for all parties. If the game outcome involved cannot be technically verified, 1b9 reserves the right to void the round and return the wagered amount to your account.

• Game results that have been completed and recorded by our system are final.
• Any outcome resulting from a platform technical error will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all users, the following are strictly prohibited on the 1b9 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to play automatically.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another individual.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or payment methods.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing regional restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to exploit system vulnerabilities or bonus strategies.

• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.

Violation of any of the above entitles 1b9 to take immediate action, including account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and wins, and reporting the relevant activities to the appropriate authorities if required.

All content on the 1b9 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, software, domain names, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 1b9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the express written consent of 1b9.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1b9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from gambling activity.

The 1b9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee continuous availability free from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control.

You have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, ensure all eligible balances have been claimed through the proper withdrawal process.

1b9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any part of these Terms.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent or hacking activity.
• The information you provided during registration is false or misleading.
• You are under 18 years of age.
• You have applied for self-exclusion through our responsible gaming programme.

In the event of termination due to confirmed fraud, 1b9 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings in that account. For terminations due to other reasons, valid balances will be returned after deducting any applicable charges, if any.

1b9 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant amendments via your registered email or a platform notice at least 14 days before it takes effect, except in cases of emergency or urgent legal requirement.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date.
